Description
- Conduct online English lessons for international students
- Develop lesson plans and teaching materials appropriate for student levels
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Create engaging and interactive learning experiences
- Adapt teaching methods to different learning styles and cultural backgrounds
- Maintain student records and progress reports
- Participate in curriculum development and teacher training programs
- Handle technical issues during online classes
- Communicate with parents or student coordinators about progress
- Prepare students for English proficiency tests (TOEFL, IELTS, etc.)
- Use various online teaching tools and platforms effectively
- Maintain professional development through continuous learning
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or related field
- TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA certification preferred
- Native or near-native English proficiency
- Teaching experience, preferably with international students
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Patience and cultural sensitivity
- Technical proficiency with online teaching platforms
- Reliable internet connection and quality audio/video equipment
- Flexibility to work with different time zones
- Creative and engaging teaching approach
