Description
- Manage daily e-commerce operations, ensuring seamless online sales.
- Analyze sales data to optimize product listings and inventory.
- Coordinate logistics, shipping, and fulfillment processes.
- Collaborate with marketing to enhance online presence and promotions.
- Provide customer service support and resolve inquiries swiftly.
- Manage online store operations, analyze sales data, enhance customer engagement, and coordinate marketing efforts.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: No formal degree required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in e-commerce or related fields.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Customer Relationship Management, Sales and Marketing, Shopify, BigSeller, strong communication skills, and data analysis.
- Working Conditions: Work primarily in an office environment, Mon to Sat working schedule.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
