Description
Coordinate with client representatives, as needed
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the department
Provide clerical and staff support as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in office assistance
- Strong data analysis, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of document control, records management, and other office procedures in ISO environment a plus
- Computer proficiency is high with working knowledge in handling MS Office, MS Excel, MS Word, etc.
- Organization and strong attention to detail is mandatory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and email software is mandatory, experience with ERP and reporting software a plus
