Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in administration, management, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in document control or related roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong scheduling abilities, attention to detail, proficiency in document management systems.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Maintain and archive documents, facilitate communication among teams, ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours, potential for overtime during project deadlines.
