Glyph Community is a non-profit children’s charity dedicated to improving the lives of children in Singapore through various programs and initiatives.

We seek a passionate and talented digital marketing specialist to join our team remotely. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will enhance our online presence, expand our reach, and drive engagement with our cause.

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote our charity's initiatives, events, and campaigns targeted towards children in Singapore
• Manage and optimize our social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness
• Create compelling and impactful content, including posts, articles, graphics, and videos, to convey our mission and attract supporters
• Implement email marketing campaigns to nurture relationships with donors, volunteers, and stakeholders
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions to improve results
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing activities with organizational goals and objectives
• Support fundraising initiatives by leveraging digital channels to drive donations and support for our cause

This is a remote position based in the Philippines. The Digital Marketing Specialist will report to the General Manager based in Singapore. You may have to visit Singapore for special events and the festive season.

• A degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with at least 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and basic analytics. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for diverse audiences
• A genuine passion for making a positive impact and commitment to the organization's mission
• Self-motivated and proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Salary

• PHP 25,000 – 40,000/month
• Compensation is competitive and based on experience
