Description
- Responsible for the operational execution of platform merchant categories (inviting merchants to join the platform and posting business information).
- Follow up with merchants who have already joined the platform to ensure their information is complete.
- Explore and identify merchant needs, and coordinate resources from the operations and business teams to support business conversion.
- Follow up on merchant-level collaborations (advertising, resource exchange, social media channels).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 1 year of market operations experience in the enterprise service industry.
- Experience in internet, web 3.0, gaming, finance, or related industries is preferred.
- Sensitive to market development and trends, with local industry merchant resources and resource integration abilities.
- Strong English communication skills, foreign trade experience is a plus.
- Strong sense of responsibility, ability to handle pressure and adapt to changes, good at team communication and collaboration.
- Willingness to travel globally.
