Description

  • Assist clients with account-related queries and ensure a smooth resolution to their concerns.
  • Troubleshoot, replicate, and resolve technical issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate engineering team.
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions, issues, and resolutions in ClickUp, ensuring comprehensive documentation.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and exhibit a proactive approach and initiative in addressing challenges.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of strong experience in Technical Support or related roles.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
  • A proactive attitude, initiative, and a strong sense of task ownership.
