  1. Assist in the creation of Daily, Monthly and Annual Report such as but not limited to Attendance, Stock Balance, Stock Transfer, Productivity Report
  2. Accurately and efficiently encode all data that needs organizing and recording.
  3. Locate and correct data entry errors, or report them to supervisors. 
  4. Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors.
  5. Store completed documents in appropriate locations.
  6. Maintain data reports and apply corrections to template as needed, in a safe and secure database.
  7. Respond to email correspondences 
  1. At least a Vocational Course
  2. With 6 months-1 year relevant experience is an advantage.
  3. Computer Excelled.
