Description

  1. Managing inventory data and store sales records
  2. Assisting with transaction processes, invoice creation, and payment verification
  3. Responding to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, marketplaces, and social media
  4. Organizing and ensuring smooth order deliveries
  5. Assisting with product content management on marketplaces and social media
  6. Performing other administrative tasks as needed by the store

Requirements

  1. Minimum high school/vocational school graduate, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  2. Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and marketplace applications
  3. Detail-oriented, organized, and possess good communication skills
  4. Able to work in a team as well as independently
