Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email about loan products and application status
- Guide customers through the loan process, including explaining documentation requirements
- Handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and care
- Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system (Salesforce)
- Escalate complex issues to relevant teams and follow up on resolution
- Identify trends in customer feedback and share insights for improvement
- Review documents and input data into the CRM and internal platforms
Requirements
- At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in financial services
- US Mortgage (Real Estate) experience strongly preferred
- High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and able to learn new tools quickly
- Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce and handling multi-line phone systems
