Description
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform data entry and update customer information in the system.
- Assist with product knowledge and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent customer service skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and experience in back office support and account management.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, typical business hours, with occasional remote work.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communicator, empathetic, detail-oriented, and adaptable to change.
