- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service abilities, excellent organizational skills.
- Working Conditions: Typically an office environment with standard office hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication, patience, problem-solving skills.
