Description
- Provide exceptional back office support to enhance customer experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the development of process improvements for operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of relevant experience
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English Language, Customer Service, Problem Solving
- Skills and Competencies: Familiarity with Back Office Support and Call Centre operations
- Qualities and Traits: Strong technical skills and a proactive attitude toward learning
