Job Description
Description
- Handling inquiries and providing information to customers regarding airfreight services, rates, schedules, and documentation requirements.
- Coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth and timely processing of airfreight shipments.
- Assisting customers in booking airfreight shipments, arranging pickups, and tracking shipments in transit.
- Resolving customer complaints, issues, and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensuring compliance with airfreight regulations and customs requirements.
- Ensuring of milestones of events are updated promptly.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and shipment details.
- Collaborating with the operations team to optimize processes and improve service quality.
- Keeping customers informed of any delays, changes, or issues affecting their airfreight shipments.
Requirements
- Min. O Level / Diploma of any discipline
- At least 2 years to experience in a Freight Forwarding Industry is a MUST
- Alternate Saturday
- Singaporeans Only
