Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of customer service experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving and technical skills, exceptional people skills, and ability to work well in teams.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may require flexible hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communication, empathy, patience, and a customer-focused mindset.
