Resolve customer complaints by identifying the issue and providing appropriate solutions or alternatives.

Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the company database for future reference.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and address any operational challenges.

Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
Experience Level: at least 6 months BPO experience in any international voice account
Skills and Competencies: Strong English language skills, excellent customer service, and people skills; proficiency in technical tasks.
