Description
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas.
- Change linens, replenish supplies, and sanitize bathrooms.
- Maintain cleanliness, respond to guest requests, and support overall guest satisfaction.
- Report maintenance issues and manage inventory of cleaning supplies.
- Assist in providing exceptional customer service to guests.
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols consistently.
- Work collaboratively with housekeeping team members.
Requirements
- Preferrably Male
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Customer Relationship Management, strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills, and a commitment to quality service.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced hotel environment, flexible hours including weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, friendly, and reliable with a positive attitude.
