Received payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to clients.
Records total payments received during a time period, and reconcile this with total fees to be collected. (Monthly summary of cash receipts).
Monitoring of accounts receivables and prepares statement of accounts (students).
Answers clients’ questions, and provides information on procedures or policies.
In charge of Petty cash Fund, releasing checks and meal allowances.
In charge of recording Cash disbursements journal, Ledger and journal.
Maintains files, including filing of general ledger journal vouchers, enrollment files, and other miscellaneous filings.
Assumes responsibility for effectively researching, tracking, and resolving (or properly referring) accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.
Maintains regular contact with other departments to obtain and convey information and/or to correct transactions.
Keeps management informed of the area of activities and any significant problems.
Attends and participates in meetings as required.
Completes special projects and miscellaneous assignments as required.
Assist with accounts payable (suppliers) and preparation of checks.
Attends school functions as required; performs other duties related to above concerns.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a service, retail or financial environment.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in cash handling, excellent customer service skills, and strong communication abilities.
Responsibilities and Duties: Process transactions, maintain cash drawer, and assist customers with inquiries.
Working Conditions: school environment with occasional weekend shifts.
Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to work under pressure.
