- Provide accurate information on products and services.

- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field.

- Working Conditions: Typically office-based, may involve shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, adaptability, and a positive attitude are essential.
