Description
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests via telephone, email and chat in a timely manner
- Document all inquiries, requests, resolutions, and follow-up tasks
- Escalate questions and requests to appropriate departments or persons following the guidelines provided
- Know the products inside out to answer customer questions
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Requirements
- At least High School (old curriculum ) / Senior High School Graduate
- 18 years old and up
- Willing to work onsite
- Willing to work on graveyard shifts, shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
