- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions in the database.
- Meet performance metrics and targets.
- Collaborate with team members for process improvement.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong customer service skills, and effective scheduling abilities.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with regular shifts; potential for remote work.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, patience, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
