We are looking for candidates like you:

Recruitment Target: Fresh graduates from domestic and overseas universities graduating in 2025 or 2026 (undergraduate degree or higher)

Language Requirement: Proficient in English communication (preferably as a working language)

Working Mode: Initial concentrated training in Hangzhou (3 months), followed by remote work support

Two Major Development Directions:

Operations Direction: Deeply involved in core business areas such as global user growth, community operations, and product optimization

BD Direction: Responsible for expanding international partnerships, building ecosystems, and integrating cross-border resources

JD: Business Development Specialist (BD)

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher from renowned domestic or international universities, QS top 300, recent graduates or those who graduated within the past year.

Work Experience: Up to 3 years of work experience

Professional Knowledge: Background in finance, economics, marketing, computer science, blockchain technology, etc. is commonly required. Most importantly, a strong passion and basic understanding of the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry are essential.

Core Competencies:

1.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to build good relationships with various types of partners.

2.  Strong learning and adaptability: The cryptocurrency industry is rapidly changing, requiring continuous learning of new knowledge.

3.  Analytical skills and business acumen: Ability to identify market trends and potential partners.

4.  Team spirit: Ability to collaborate effectively with various internal departments.

5.  Language Skills: Fluent in English, proficiency in other languages (such as Japanese, Korean, etc.) will be a plus.
