Description
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues.
- Work with vendors for specialized repairs when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A diploma in Building Maintenance, Electrical Technology, or a related field is required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in building maintenance.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in welding and electrical systems; strong troubleshooting abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Perform repairs, inspections, and maintenance on buildings and equipment.
- Working Conditions: May involve working in various environments, sometimes at heights.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, problem-solver, and a team player with strong communication skills.
