  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems.
  • Conduct inspections of facilities to identify issues.
  • Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly.
  • Collaborate with contractors for specialized repairs.
  • Maintain records of work performed and supplies used.
  • Ensure safety standards and compliance with regulations.
  • Assist with facility upgrades and renovations as needed.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Education degree not required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in building maintenance.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in air conditioning repair, electrical systems, installation, and use of power and hand tools. Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
  • Working Conditions: May involve outdoor work, exposure to varying temperatures, and potential noise from machinery.
  • Qualities and Traits: Dependable, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently or collaboratively.
