- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Manage staff performance through training, coaching, and evaluation.
- Develop and implement branch strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Foster customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare regular reports on branch performance and operational metrics.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, problem-solving, public speaking, sales management, attention to detail, and after-sales management.
- Working Conditions: Standard office environment with occasional travel for client meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, proactive approach, ability to motivate teams, and excellent interpersonal skills.
