- Supervise and lead branch staff to ensure efficient day-to-day operations
- Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets
- Monitor and manage inventory, expenses, and cash handling
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle escalated concerns professionally
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in retail or branch management
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
