Description
- Manage and oversee the collections process for outstanding accounts receivable.
- Communicate with clients to negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes.
- Maintain accurate records of collections activities and updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely payment resolutions.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and improve collection strategies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in collections or credit analysis.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong skills in credit analysis, report generation, and documentation. Proficient in compliance inspection and asset management.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours, potentially involving remote work.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and a proactive approach.
