Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: No formal degree required; however, a passion for coffee is preferred.
- Experience Level: 1 year of experience in a café or coffee shop setting and knows how to do latte arts.
- Skills and Competencies: Basic coffee preparation skills, customer service, and cash handling.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, standing for long hours, and occasional weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
