Description
- Supervise and guide a team of sales representatives in designated area.
- Support sales targets, manage key accounts, and develop sales strategies under pressure.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide coaching as needed.
- Maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; open to recent graduates.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in sales strategy and management, excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, and key account management.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential travel to meet clients.
- Qualities and Traits: Sales motivated, adaptable, resilient, and capable of working effectively under pressure.
