Description
- Responsible for the expansion and maintenance of platform users, identifying the potential needs and purchasing intentions of target users.
- Regularly report data reports and analysis to leadership, and assist superiors in completing related project coordination and other tasks.
- Collect user feedback and promptly report processing opinions or suggestions.
- Collect market intelligence through various channels, summarize and analyze it, and provide decision-making support for the company's product development.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Possess sharp insight and good learning ability, able to independently develop new sales channels and promotional methods.
- Good communication skills and customer service awareness, actively communicating and collaborating with clients.
- Market promotion experience is preferred.
- Strong team cooperation awareness, high sense of responsibility, and strong ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in using office software, familiarity with internet promotion processes is a plus.
