Description

  • Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, calls, documents, etc.).
  • Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents.
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital records, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and logistics for Central Office activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any course.
  • Willing to work on Monday - Saturday.
  • Willing to work on-site in Taytay, Rizal.
  • Open for face-to-face interview.
