  • High attention to details and able to do checking work well
  • Able to do multi tasking well

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Handle inquiries and provide information to customers
  • Maintain records and prepare reports as necessary.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience Level: 2+ years in administrative roles preferred. Outstanding Fresh Graduates with with good work experience or internship or other special achievements can be considered.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, exemplary written communication, and analytical skills.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard hours; may require occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Meticulous, organized, proactive, and adaptable.
