Description

  • Responding to customer messages/chats via WhatsApp, Instagram, Tokopedia, Shopee, and/or other platforms.
  • Processing and managing incoming orders.
  • Inputting and updating product data (stock, description, price, etc.).
  • Assisting in creating daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
  • Scheduling deliveries and coordinating with the packaging or shipping department.
  • Handling customer complaints in a courteous and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Female/Male, minimum age of 18 years.
  • Possess a laptop/PC and a stable internet connection.
  • Able to effectively use social media and marketplaces.
  • Communicative, honest, meticulous, and responsible.
  • Experience in online administration is an advantage.
  • Able to work independently and punctually.
