Description
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and communications.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate meetings and take minutes as required.
- Maintain filing systems and databases for easy retrieval of information.
- Handle correspondence and answer inquiries professionally.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Entry-level position; no prior experience required.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Help Desk support, data analysis, scheduling, time management, data entry, and written communication. Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a focus on discretion.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may require occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and a team player with excellent communication skills.
