  • Manage daily administrative tasks and operations
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
  • Provide support in preparing reports and documents
  • Handle communication with clients and staff
  • Organize files and maintain office supplies
  • Assist with project coordination and management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; further education in administration is a plus.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant administrative experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office, strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, regular hours, some overtime may be required.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, reliable, and a team player.
