  • Address all transactional requirements of the office, such as but not limited to the tenant documentation requirements.
  • Processing permits of IDs and passes
  • Filing and safekeeping of all records of the office
  • Preparation of Request for Payments, Petty cash replenishment,
  • Monitoring and updating of records and documents

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate management, office administration, or any related course
  • With 1 year of working experience in administrative or clerical work
  • Experience in property management, real estate, or building administration is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Basic knowledge of property leasing, billing, and tenant relations
