Description

Manage financial transactions related to engineering projects.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Collaborate with project managers to track project costs and profitability.
Perform reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
Assist in audits and financial analysis as needed.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in architectural or engineering firms.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in accounting software, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.
Knowledgeable in Bookkeeping, Taxation and Billing.
Responsibilities and Duties: Manage accounts payable/receivable, prepare financial reports, and assist with budgeting.
Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours, potential for project-based overtime.
Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational skills, problem-solving mindset, team player, and ability to work under pressure.
