Description
- Meets sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; monthly/quarterly projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products revenue.
- Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems.
- Establishes productive and professional relationships with key personnel (stakeholder and executive sponsors) in all jurisdictive customer accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
- Coordinates the involvement of the team in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
- Assist with sales matter request.
- Develop field sales action plans by implementing sales program.
- Responsible for monitoring the performance of assigned sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports.
Requirements
- At least Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/ or equivalent
- At least one (1) year working experience.
- With good oral and written communication skills.
- Willing to work for extended hours.
- Shows flexibility, can quickly adapt to changes in plans, such as shortened project timelines or new client needs.
