David - A New Yorker born and raised, has been working in the call center business for over 15 years. He has been involved in every aspect from start up business to VP of a 4000 agent center. David has tremendous skills in placing the right agents with the right clients.
Daniel - born and raised in London, has been working in sales and marketing for 14 years. Daniel has worked in many different industries including, Automotive, Healthcare, Insurance and Finance.
While David and Daniel help drive the business forward, the agents are the ones working tirelessly with the clients, making sure their expectations are reached and surpassed.
