Spencer Foods Corporation (SFC) began its food manufacturing business in 2001 with the initial good of creating products that would entice the Filipino Taste Buds.
Fueled by SFC’s commitment to Innovation and Quality, new product lines were added nothing the gap in the supply of good quality but affordable meat products, SFC sought the help of a German Master Sausage Consultant to complete its R&D and manufacturing staff.
The innovative idea of Mantou, a brand of stuffed bread sticks was launched and soon captured the adventurous and discriminating taste of consumers. In 2005 SFC launched its line of Authentic European Sausages and Deli Meats delivered its promise of high quality and authentic European taste and gained the trust of consumers. This paved the way for SFC to become a major supplier of leading food services and restaurant chains in the Philippines.
