Pac Biz (short for Pacific Business Services) started as a small customer service team in Dumaguete, serving a small transportation company “Tru Cab“, started by Eric Mulvin. As the transportation company went on, the idea to pivot and invest time and focus on the high quality call center aspect arose, which proved to be wise - as shown in continued growth.
Since, Pac Biz has become a customer experience leader in the transportation industry, and has expanded into other industries such as eCommerce and healthcare (HIPAA Compliant Contact Center)
