BILREY CONSTRUCTION & NEW BILREY CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (NBCDC) is an ISO certified construction company founded in 2007, specializing in land development and socialized low-cost housing projects for the national government.
The company has grown with distinct expertise in residential housing planning, design, construction and development. Not including the housing units developed under other developers, Bilrey Construction has already almost 14,000 housing units while NBCDC Corp. has completed almost 6,000 housing units. Treehouse, on the other hand, has started the land development works for 786 housing units.
As of 2022, the current project pipeline numbers to 6 new ongoing projects with a total 3,406 housing units, 13 ongoing projects with 7,351 housing units, 9 upcoming projects with 9,596 housing units. These projects are a combination of rowhouse, low rise buildings, and duplex housing.
