Our Story
Formerly known as i-LEAP Management & Consultancy Services, Inc. (i-LEAP PHL), FORMIDEA PH was formed in October 2018 by a group of seasoned business leaders and trainers with proven track records from diverse organizations.
It started as a learning service provider. Through the years, FORMIDEA PH has since offered consulting services, HR and business process outsourcing, learning and training services, executive coaching, and offshore consultancy leasing arrangement focused on forging strategic partnerships with clients through a servicification approach to achieve organizational success.
