We are Axelerate Manpower Agency (AMA), Inc. a local employment firm duly registered at Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) with Company Registration No. CS201217688 and licensed by Department of Labor & Employment (DOLE) with NCR-PFO-7491-110812-109 license number.
Axelearate Manpower Agency (AMA), Inc. was established by the late Dr. Eligio B. Barsaga together with his wife, Mrs. Teresita B. Barsaga and Ms. Aya Chan-Barsaga. Here at AMA, Inc., they are supported by expertly trained and experienced personnel in Sales & Marketing, and Human Resources Development and Administration.
Our business is centered on contracting, enlisting and recruiting professionals and skilled workers for local employment. Overtime, we aim to expand overseas to address the need of Filipino workers globally.
Central to our policies and regulation is the pursuit of excellence and service to all stakeholders of the business.
The individuals who run this company have extensive experience in all forms of Manpower staffing. I and other senior members have done manpower staffing in some of the businesses in the electronics and appliance industries, kitchen staff and crew, cashiers, warehousing and logistic, construction and engineering and other corporations in the production and manufacturing. We have also extended our services such as trainings, executive head hunting for some fast growing small to midsize- companies.
MISSION STATEMENT
AMA, Inc. is a company founded on Christian principles of integrity, hard work, and brotherhood. Guided by these principles, we set forth in establishing our business.
For the people:
To provide the employment-seeking Filipino a better local contracting agency that addresses their concerns with professionalism and genuine concern for their welfare.
To empower the average worker by giving him the opportunity to utilize his skills and improve his quality of life.
To increase the individual’s viability by giving him the opportunity to acquire new skills, thus ensuring continuity of his livelihood.
For the client:
To provide the client access to a stable manpower pool sourced through advanced solutions in recruitment.
To establish not only a professional relationship with the client but more importantly a genuine, trusting, and long lasting partnership that is committed to the success of the client’s endeavors.
For the community at large:
To be an excellent job-generating establishment that will help the people become productive members of the community.
To be fair and consistent with our policies that will help sustain and build the community towards progress.
