Asia Pacific Eye Center (APEC) is a Philippine-based ophthalmology and eye care center. For over 20 years, we have been giving our patients personalized eye care solutions of uncompromising quality and best-in-class customer care. Established in 1993, the Asia-Pacific Eye Center has mirrored the growth of the town in which it originally started. From a modest small-town clinic in rustic Biñan, Laguna, it flourished to a progressive service-oriented eye care facility located in the bustling commercial part of Biñan. Today, the Asia-Pacific Eye Center continues to provide the same personalized eye care with the same uncompromising quality of service as other reputable local and international eye centers. Although the Asia-Pacific Eye Center is proudly Filipino-owned and operated, it is named after the region from where its medical team obtained exposure to the latest medical equipment and procedures. This gives the company a more reputable image – knowing that it utilizes only the best tools and technology in providing the safest procedures for its customers.
