Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Maintain consistency across products by following and improving design systems.
• Continuously optimize user interfaces based on feedback and product requirements.
• Prepare design assets and specifications for development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional UI design experience.
• Proficient in Figma (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI design projects for web and/or mobile applications.
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• English is required as the working language.
• Experience in fintech or Web3 is a plus, but not required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
• Basic understanding of front-end development principles is a plus.
