Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented VA Sales Agent to support and enhance our outbound sales and client acquisition initiatives. You will take ownership of prospecting activities, contribute to outreach strategy, and play an integral role in advancing opportunities through the sales pipeline.

 

This opportunity is open globally and is well-suited to individuals looking to further develop their career in B2B sales, business development, or digital marketing.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage outbound outreach activities across email, phone, and survey channels
  • Evaluate, qualify, and nurture prospective clients through early-stage engagement
  • Oversee CRM data integrity, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and pipeline visibility
  • Conduct market and industry research to inform targeting and outreach strategy
  • Support the development and refinement of proposals and client-facing materials 
  • Collaborate with the wider team to optimise lead generation strategies and improve conversion outcomes

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or marketing
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Confident communicating with international clients (U.K., U.S., and beyond)
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and target-driven
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems, VoIP tools, and remote platforms
  • Able to work hours overlapping with Western business time zones
