Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting and a passion for finding the best talent to help our clients achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent

- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions

- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions

- Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to reach potential candidates

- Conduct reference and background checks

- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

- Participate in job fairs and other recruiting events

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting

- Strong understanding of various recruiting techniques and tools

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of successfully filling a variety of positions

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software

- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the Philippines

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
