ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking confident, energetic, and engaging individuals to join our growing team of Online Streaming Models. In this role, you will host live broadcasts on international streaming platforms, interact with viewers in real-time, and build your personal online presence while earning through audience engagement.

No prior streaming experience is required. Comprehensive training, mentoring, and ongoing support will be provided.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Host live streaming sessions on assigned international platforms.

• Engage and communicate with viewers in real-time.

• Create entertaining and interactive content that attracts and retains audiences.

• Develop a unique personal style and online presence.

• Participate in conversations, games, challenges, music, dance, lifestyle discussions, and other entertainment activities.

• Follow platform guidelines and company policies.

• Maintain a consistent streaming schedule.

• Collaborate with assigned operators and support staff to maximize audience growth and earnings.

• Build positive relationships with viewers and encourage repeat engagement.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable appearing on camera and interacting with people online.

• Basic English communication skills preferred.

• Positive attitude, confidence, and outgoing personality.

• Reliable internet connection.

• Smartphone, tablet, or computer with webcam and microphone.

• Quiet and presentable streaming environment.

• Ability to work a minimum of 6 hours per day and 30 hours per week.

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in live streaming, social media, content creation, customer service, sales, hospitality, or entertainment.

• Knowledge of social media platforms.

• Additional language skills are an advantage.

• Creative, charismatic, and audience-focused personality.

WORK SCHEDULE
