- No cold calling or active client sourcing is required — all users are provided by the platform.
Job Requirements
- For home office: Personal laptop/ desktop, broadband network stability.
- Educational Requirements: College graduates or undergraduates are welcome to apply.
- Work experience: 0-3 years of experience, sales customer service, or similar roles is a plus.
- Typing speed requirement: 50-80 WPM.
- Counseling Skills: Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills, capable of building effective trust with diverse clients.
- Emotional Management Skills: Demonstrates emotional stability and mature emotional management ability to address negative emotions expressed by Demonstrates emotional stability and mature emotional management ability to address negative emotions expressed by clients during counseling.

Salary range (PHP):
- Training and assessment period comprehensive salary (about 2-3 months) 25,000-45,000 PHP.
- Comprehensive salary for 3-6 months of employment: 60,000 PHP and above.
Working Hours (PH Time):
Training Period
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM, 1:15 PM - 6:15 PM
- Work Days: 5 days a week, 8 hours per day
Non-Training Period (Night Shift)
- Working Hours: Determined by chosen shift
- Shift D: 9:30 PM - 4:30 AM
- Shift A: 3:30 AM - 10:30 AM
- Work Days: 6 days a week, with the option to select 1 day as a rest day
